Currys boosts Cash for Trash reward

Currys is enhancing its Cash for Trash initiative by offering an improved reward for customers recycling their unwanted tech.

Customers dropping off old electricals at any Currys UK store until 8 July will receive at least a £10 voucher towards a £50 minimum spend, which is double the usual reward.

With 1.7 million items collected last year, Currys is the UK’s top retail recycler of e-waste. Items collected are either repaired, refurbished, harvested for parts, or responsibly recycled.  Customers can recycle any tech with a plug or battery, regardless of where it was originally purchased.
