Clare Empson re-joins N Brown to lead supply chain, property and group efficiency
N Brown Group has appointed Clare Empson as director of supply chain, property and group efficiency.
She has re-joined the business after leaving her role of chief customer operations officer in January. Prior to joining in January 2024, she worked with Ted Baker for nearly 25 years, most recently as director of operations.

“I am looking forward to working closely with our teams as the business continues into its next phase, while reconnecting with partners and suppliers across the network.”
In her new role, she will focus on strengthening operations, delivering value for customers, and supporting the group’s strategic transformation.
She added: “Excited to hit the ground running, reconnect with familiar faces, and meet new colleagues over the coming weeks.”
In March, N Brown Group promoted Dan Joy to the position of chief executive. He replaced Steve Johnson who left the business after ten years, having also served as executive chair.
