Tesco appoints former Costa Coffee senior executive as customer director
News has emerged that Tesco has appointed former Costa Coffee commercial, marketing and innovation director Becky Brock as its new customer director.
Having joined the supermarket in June, she will be responsible for leading the customer, loyalty, digital, insight agenda and will also have a mandate to create new revenue streams from data and personalisation.

Prior to joining Costa Coffee in 2020, she worked with John Lewis, most recently as transformation director.
Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at Outdoor and Cycle Concepts and Home Retail Group.
