Sainsbury’s brings back Nectar Double Up event

Sainsbury’s is running its popular Nectar Double Up event again this year to enable customers to double the value of their Nectar points to spend in-store.

The supermarket saw hundreds of thousands of customers take part in the scheme last year when it moved to digital. This means that shoppers no longer need to print out any vouchers and can instantly obtain their voucher by using the Nectar app between 11 and 17 November. Customers can also order vouchers online until 3 November.

Vouchers can be redeemed in-store across ten categories including Tu clothing, toys, electricals, fragrance and seasonal products.

Jimmy Galloway, loyalty marketing manager at Sainsbury’s, said: “The Double Up event has proved to be immensely popular in the past and we know that this year more than ever our customers are looking to make their money go further and find little ways to help with the cost of Christmas. We are delighted to announce that it is returning again this year and are glad to help out those customers who are looking to get a head start on their shopping.”
