White Stuff launches first loyalty programme

White Stuff has launched its first ever customer loyalty programme as it looks to offer a more personalised experience.

Customers signing up for ‘Good Stuff’ membership will receive access to exclusive personalised offers, birthday treats and invites to VIP events.

There will also be a range of competitions with the prizes like holidays and surfing trips, as well as ‘spin to win’ where customers have the chance to win money back every time they shop. Further benefits will include access to one-to-one styling advice in White Stuff stores.

Tracey Verghese, managing director of White Stuff, said: “Good Stuff is the natural evolution of our community offer, shaped into something more customers can access and enjoy.

“Not just with the usual discounts, but with things people actually get excited about and feel more personalised to them.”

Next week, White Stuff will launch ‘Good Stuff Week’ where it will be be offering customers the chance to win daily prizes.
