White Stuff chief executive Jo Jenkins to exit the business
White Stuff chief executive Jo Jenkins is to leave the fashion brand to pursue new opportunities.
Jenkins joined the business in 2018 from Marks & Spencer where she was director of clothing and beauty. She has also previously worked with Next as womenswear product director.
In October 2024, White Stuff was acquired by TFG London, the owner of Hobbs, Whistles and Phase Eight, as part of its strategy to add new brands to its portfolio.
Jenkins has overseen a period of significant growth and transformation during her time leading White Stuff. The brand delivered a strong trading uplift over the busy Christmas trading period with total sales up 21.8% year-on-year in the ten weeks to 4 January. This was driven by a strong knitwear performance and record new customer growth.
Never Miss a Retail Update!Speaking on her decision to leave, Jenkins said her seven years leading the business had been a privilege. She added: “With the acquisition by TFG complete and this unique brand poised for its next phase of growth, now is the right time for me to step aside.
“I am confident that White Stuff will continue to thrive, supported by fantastic and motivated teams, and under TFG’s experienced stewardship.”
While White Stuff and TFG conduct a search for her successor, the retailer’s leadership team will “continue to drive the brand’s ambitious growth strategy”.
