Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein to join line-up at Caledonia Park

Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein are to join the line-up at Caledonia Park, Scotland’s premium designer outlet village.

Lifestyle brand Tommy Hilfiger has taken a 5,000 square foot space while fashion brand Calvin Klein will occupy a 4,100 square foot unit.

Both stores are due to open this year. Other premium brands with a presence at the scheme include BOSS, Polo by Ralph Lauren, and Kate Spade New York.

The news coincides with a record breaking performance by the destination so far this year, with sales up 28.1% year-on-year in its first quarter. Meanwhile sales and footfall in April increased by 24.5% and 4.9% respectively.

Maria Averkina, asset and development manager at Railpen, said: “Securing two premium international brands is a great step forward for Caledonia Park, and is a key moment of success in our leasing strategy.

We have a critical mass of aspirational brands in the destination and, following the extensive refurbishment, we are continuing to see the results of our investment materialise with global retailers such as Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein choosing to position themselves here, as well as a number of other brands in the pipeline.”
