Stradivarius launches first north east store
Stradivarius has opened its first location in the north east at Gateshead’s Metrocentre.
Spanning 10,000 square feet in the lower Red Mall, the store has joined a range of other international fashion brands present in the centre, including Reiss, Mango and the retailer’s sister Inditex brand, Zara.
The shop will offer Stradivarius’s range of affordable, fashion-forward clothing and accessories.
Ben Cox, director at Sovereign Centros from CBRE, asset managers of Metrocentre, said: “Stradivarius is a great addition to Red Mall, enhancing the line-up by providing a complementary, point of difference to the existing fashion offer.
Subscribe to TRB“That Metrocentre is the only place in the region you can now find fashion powerhouses Zara and Stradivarius is an indication of the destination’s importance to the north east retail landscape; somewhere that creates unique day-out experiences and an unparalleled tenant mix.”
Metrocentre’s Red Mall will also be welcoming Urban Outfitters to its line-up this year.
