& Other Stories to launch on Alibaba’s Tmall
H&M owned & Other Stories is to launch an online store on Alibaba’s Tmall in China this autumn.
The store will offer Chinese customers access to fashion collections that have been designed by the retailer’s three ateliers in Paris, Stockholm and Los Angeles. In addition to clothing, items will include shoes, bags, jewellery and accessories.
Jessica Liu, general manager of Tmall fashion and luxury, said the collaboration marks another important milestone in Tmall’s long-standing partnership with H&M brands.
Sanna Lindberg, managing director of & Other Stories, added: “We are very happy to announce our partnership with Tmall, which makes our collections available in China for the very first time.”
& Other Stories currently operates 70 stores and has an online shop that delivers to 15 countries in Europe, the US and Korea.
