Moss Bros hires new chief financial officer
Moss Bros has appointed Bill Adams as its new chief financial officer.
Adams will succeed Tony Bennett who has decided to step down from the Moss board for personal reasons and is due to leave the business in February 2020.
Subscribe to TRBCurrently the interim chief financial officer at Ted Baker, Adams was previously chief executive of Ideal Shopping. His prior roles also include finance director at Argos and the same position at Homebase.
He will join Moss Bros next February when he will complete a handover with Bennett.
Brian Brick, Moss Bros chief executive, said: “We have recently implemented a clear and comprehensive strategy with clarity, unity and focus in place across the business. Bill will join us at a time where we can leverage the Moss Bros brand further into new channels. I believe Bill’s experience will enable him to make an immediate contribution to our future.”
