Australian menswear brand M.J. Bale to make UK store debut
Australian menswear brand M.J. Bale is to open its first store in the UK on London’s Jermyn Street as it ramps up international expansion.
Spanning 2,500 square feet, the shop will occupy a prominent position on the corner of Jermyn Street and Duke Street within GPE’s newly developed 30 Duke Street St James’s scheme.
Subscribe to TRBFounded by Matt Jensen in 2009, M.J. Bale offers premium menswear with a focus on quality and provenance. Items include suits, jackets, shirts, trousers and casualwear which the company describes as “garments of integrity”.
The Jermyn Street flagship will primarily showcase the brand’s tailoring collections, including the Kingston single-source wool Made in Japan collection, the M.J. Bale x Lake Hāwea Station flannel suiting range, and its Alpine-Active Merino wool ski collection.
M.J. Bale already operates an online store in the UK.
