Dr. Martens chief product officer steps down
Dr. Martens chief product officer Adam Meek has stepped down after four years in the role.
Meek joined the business in 2021 from Canada Goose where he was general manager of footwear and accessories.
Subscribe to TRBPrior to that, he served as global senior vice president of product at Sperry and also previously held senior roles at Nike and Pentland Brands.
In a statement on LinkedIn, Meek said: “After four unforgettable years, I’ve now stepped away from my role as chief product officer at Dr. Martens.
“Leading product merch, design, development and innovation for such an iconic global brand – and working alongside incredibly talented teams across the world – has been a privilege.
“As I look ahead, I’m excited about the next chapter in my life – continuing to build, create and lead at the intersection of brand, product and consumer.”
In January, Dr. Martens confirmed that it was making good progress in its turnaround strategy as it reported a 2% rise in full price direct-to-consumer revenue.
