Claire’s hires new chief marketing officer
Claire’s Stores has appointed Kristin Patrick as chief marketing officer.
Patrick previously served as global chief marketing officer at PepsiCo and prior to that held the same role at Playboy from 2011 to 2013.
In her new position, she will oversee all aspects of marketing including consumer insights analytics, brand and business strategy, creative vision and omnichannel media whilst reporting directly to Claire’s chief executive, Ryan Vero.
Vero said: “We are thrilled to welcome Kristin to our visionary management team, bringing her boundary-breaking marketing expertise to Claire’s to inspire customers to experiment with self-expression. She will be a key member of the Claire’s leadership team in driving revenue and building our brands.
“Her influence is already evident through ‘Be the Most Festive’, our new holiday campaign that amplifies and activates our purpose of self-discovery, expression and empowerment. Kristin’s depth of analytic and insight-driven marketing, content innovation and digital prowess align perfectly with the strategic priorities of strengthening the connective power and reach of our brands.”
Patrick will be tasked with driving value and relevance, deepening relationships with customers and propelling Claire’s into a “playground” for new experiences and business categories.
