Castore to join line-up at Centre:mk

Sportswear brand Castore is to make its regional debut in Milton Keynes with the opening of a flagship store at Centre:mk.

Due to open on Silbury Arcade in late June, the 865 square foot space will be one of the brand’s first sites to feature a new store  concept which has been designed by Ink Associates.

The shop will showcase Castore’s full mainline range across its menswear, womenswear, and junior collections, as well as selected teamwear for McLaren Racing. There will also be teamwear for Oracle Red Bull Racing whose factory is in the city of Milton Keynes.

Tom Beahon, co-founder of Castore, said: “Our philosophy of Better Never Stops extends to where we choose to locate our flagship stores.

“As the dominant pitch in the region, paired with our ties to Milton Keynes’ racing and football teams, Centre:mk was the ideal destination to launch Castore in the South East and we look forward to opening our doors this summer.”

Centre:mk will also see womenswear brand Mint Velvet join its line-up this summer. The 2,800 square store will stock the brand’s full collection of womenswear, footwear and accessories.

Kevin Duffy, Centre:mk’s centre director, added: “Castore is a natural addition to Centre:mk’s city-centre location situated in one of the fastest growing and most innovative cities in the country.

“We consistently outperform national benchmarks and are home to an exceptional line-up of anchor brands, including John Lewis & Partners, H beauty, and M&S, just one of the many reasons Centre:mk is a top 10 retail destination.”
