John Lewis appoints Anna Braithwaite as chief customer officer
John Lewis has appointed Anna Braithwaite as chief customer officer.
Due to take up her new role on 1 October, she will be responsible for leading the John Lewis brand and marketing across all channels, as well as loyalty, customer experience, and creative and content teams.
Possessing over 25 years’ brand and marketing experience, Braithwaite began her career at John Lewis as a graduate trainee and then spent a decade with the retailer in a variety of marketing roles.
She then worked in senior roles at Hobbs and Jacques Vert before joining Tesco, where she was head of brand marketing for F&F clothes and global brand director for non-food. Most recently, Braithwaite was marketing director for fashion, home and beauty at Marks & Spencer.
