Harvey Nichols Birmingham signs up chef Liam Dillon for June residency

Liam Dillon, chef and owner of The Boat Inn restaurant, will be running weekly pop-ups at the in-store brasserie at Harvey Nichols’ Birmingham store this June.

Operating every Monday at the Harvey Nichols Brasserie, the Great British Menu competitor will offer a six-course tasting menu featuring some of the recipes he created on the TV show.

Guests will also be able to order drinks from an a la carte bar menu or from a specially designed wine pairing menu that has been curated by wine specialist Michael Tully. The food will cater for vegetarians, pescatarians and gluten free dining.

Dillon trained with a number world-renowned restaurants including Marcus Wareing, La Becasse, Five Fields and Story. He recently competed in series 16 of Great British Menu and has been chef-owner of Lichfield’s The Boat InnĀ  since 2017.
