Capital & Regional strengthens leasing team with new appointment
Shopping centre owner Capital & Regional has bolstered is leasing team with the appointment of Jocelyn Holmes as leasing executive.
With over 14 years’ experience in the commercial property sector, her previous roles include senior leasing manager at Queesnberry and associate director in GCW’s shopping centre team.
In her new position, Holmes will initially be responsible for implementing leasing campaigns at Capital & Regional’s The Mall Blackburn shopping centre. This will be followed by The Mall Walthamstow.
Robert Hadfield, commercial director of Capital & Regional, said: “Jocelyn brings to the role a wealth of experience and great track record of delivering leasing campaigns for some major urban developments. As we continue to innovate our leasing strategy in line with the structural changes that retail is facing, Jocelyn’s mixed-use expertise makes her an excellent addition to the team.”
