Toolstation trials new lockers for 24-hour order collection
Toolstation is trialling collection lockers at its Battersea store as it looks to boost convenience for customers.
The retailer has installed 17 lockers outside its Toolstation GO store in a partnership with eLocker.
Customers who place an order online or via the Toolstation app during business hours will receive a notification once it’s ready, along with a collection code sent to their phone. They can then pick the order up from the locker at a time convenient to them.

“We know how busy and time-poor tradespeople can be, and our around-the-clock service aims to streamline work schedules and provide customers with the flexibility they need to oversee their next project or job.”
If the trial is successful, Toolstation will consider rolling it out to further stores in the future.
Toolstation GO Battersea also has digital kiosks that where customers can skip the queues and browse the Toolstation range and place orders to be collected at the counter.
Launched early this year, the GO store format also includes Toolstation’s Fast Track service where products can be delivered to site or the customer’s home in 30 minutes.
