ProCook appoints Ben Osborn as retail director
The ProCook kitchenware brand has appointed Dunelm executive Ben Osborn as retail director.
Due to join the business on 5 October, he will lead ProCook’s retail operations, working with the wider leadership team to develop the store network and maintain a strong customer experience.
Subscribe to TRBOsborn has spent the last 15 years working with Dunelm, where he held a variety of senior roles across people and central operations.
Most recently, he was general manager for Dunelm Ireland. Before that, he led the UK people function and central operations, where he worked to improve store formats and the customer experience, and also simplified store processes.
Earlier in his career, Osborn held various operations roles at Focus DIY.
