ProCook announces board changes
ProCook has announced that it has decided not to replace Steve Sanders’ chief operating officer role on its board when he retires.
The kitchenware brand said last month that Sanders would be stepping down next spring.
It has also announced that non-executive director Gillian Davies has indicated her intention to resign from the board and leave the business after the announcement of the group’s half year results in mid-December.
Greg Hodder, chairman of ProCook, said: “I would like to thank Gillian for her highly valuable insight and diligent scrutiny which has made her an enormously effective chair of the audit committee.
“I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Steve for his commitment and dedication to ProCook over the last seven years during which time he has been instrumental to the growth and success of the business.”
