Neptune doubles full year profit
Neptune has reported a doubling of profit in its 2024/25 financial year following its new strategy focused on design and product excellence, the customer experience, and operational discipline.
Although revenue remained broadly in line with the previous year, EBITDA increased to £6.1 million.

This was followed by the hiring of Steve Morris as chief retail and people officer in July 2025 to complete the formation of the new leadership team.
Kernan said: “These results reflect Neptune’s strength as a premium brand and the opportunity we have for the future.
“We have re-established a foundation for sustainable growth built on quality, integrity, and an obsession with the customer.
“Our strategy is working; our new management team led by Mike Clark, has really delivered on the first phase of our long-term strategy and the business is well positioned for growth.”
Neptune is planning to open new stores in regional towns and cities in 2026 as it looks to bring its products and service to more customers. It has also grown its presence through a new partnership with John Lewis,, initially launching accessories and extending into furniture in select stores from late spring 2026.

Neptune has also been advancing its sustainability agenda through the Neptune ReNewed programme, a circular initiative that gives existing Neptune pieces a second life.
