Dusk hails ‘record’ Christmas

Dusk has said it finished 2025 on an all time high with a record-breaking Christmas and strong sales throughout the year.

The furniture retailer also reported a 26% increase in nine-month revenue to £140.9 million with profitability improving throughout the year.

Chris Read, chief executive of Dusk, said: “We are really pleased with our record seasonal performance and the strong momentum we have built throughout the year.

“We are growing ahead of a highly fragmented market and cementing our position as a disruptive force in the homewares and furniture space, taking market share from competitors as customers choose Dusk for our combination of style, price and quality.

“It has been particularly encouraging to see the strength of loyalty within our customer base, with customers continuing to return and engage strongly with our products.”

Dusk said repeat customers now account for around 50% of orders.

The company has benefited from accelerated investment in the last 18 months which has focused on infrastructure, warehousing and systems. This has included a £1.5 million technology upgrade and the opening of a third UK warehouse.
