Holland & Barrett launches new line process for suppliers

Health and wellness retailer Holland & Barrett has launched a new process to help suppliers share details of new products with the company and speed up bringing them to market.

Managed through Holland & Barrett’s supplier portal, the ‘New Line Process’ will make it easier for suppliers to do business with the retailer and enable Holland & Barrett category buyers to quickly review and approve new lines.

Launched in December 2019, the supplier portal was created as a communications vehicle to update suppliers on any relevant events and opportunities. The portal also allows users to store and update documentation in one central place.

A spokesperson for Holland & Barrett said: “We want to make it as easy as possible for suppliers to work with us so we can continue to innovate and bring the latest products and trends to our customers.

“The New Line Process and supplier portal will help the whole process from original product development to having a product on our shelves much quicker for both parties.”
