Byredo to open first store outside of London at Victoria Leeds
Byredo is to open its first store outside of London at Victoria Leeds.
Following the success of a concession within Victoria Leeds’ Harvey Nichols, the Swedish fragrance brand has signed for a 2,154 square foot space in Victoria Quarter where Aesop has recently joined the line-up.
Subscribe to TRBThe shop will stock an assortment of fragrances, makeup, home items, leather goods and accessories.
The news follows a commitment from womenswear retailer Nobody’s Child to open its first location in the north – also its first site outside of London – at the Redical scheme.
Rachel Bradburn, leasing director at Victoria Leeds, said: “The luxury nature of Byredo means they will be a perfect fit with our leading tenant mix. Yet another strategic brand decision to launch its first standalone store outside of London,
“Byredo’s flagship further cements Victoria Quarter as the go-to premier destination for luxury brands. We cannot wait to see what their new expanded space brings to the destination’s premium line-up.”
