Boots Hearingcare opens at Edinburgh’s St James Quarter
Boots has opened a Boots Hearingcare area within its new Boots store at Edinburgh’s St James Quarter shopping centre.
The facility will offer a full range of traditional audiologist services, including hearing tests and hearing aids, and will be developing its offering further in the coming months.
Glenn Jamieson, regional manager for Boots Hearingcare, said: “By being part of the new Boots store, we play our role amongst the optometrists and pharmacists in offering complete care to the local area, all whilst championing the importance of caring for your hearing in the same way you do your eyes.
“Our long-term goal is to break down the barriers that have been historically in place with the topic of hearing care and how we communicate that message to the wider population and those people that need help. WHO’s report at the beginning of March highlighted the importance of hearing care on a global scale.”
