Bath & Body Works hires new board member

Bath & Body Works has appointed Lucy Brady to its board of directors as it continues to implement its growth strategy.

Currently president of grocery and snacks at Conagra Brands, she has extensive consumer products experience and has previously worked with McDonald’s Corporation as chief digital customer engagement officer.

Prior to that, Brady served as managing director and senior partner at The Boston Consulting Group where she worked for nearly 20 years. Earlier in her career, she held positions at General Mills, Monitor Group and Trammell Crow Company.

Sarah Nash, Bath & Body Works board chair, said: “Lucy brings valuable consulting and executive experience with particular expertise in global digital strategy and customer loyalty and engagement.

“Her appointment reflects our board’s ongoing commitment to identify new independent directors with the skills and expertise needed to deliver superior shareholder value and follows engagement with and input from our shareholders.

“We look forward to benefiting from Lucy’s perspectives as the board continues to oversee the company’s growth strategy and efforts to deepen and expand customer relationships, deliver ongoing innovation, and enhance Bath & Body Works’ omnichannel capabilities.”
