Wyevale Gardens opens two largest outlets

New centres offer diverse product ranges

Wyevale Garden Centres has opened it biggest new centre, at Crowland, near Peterborough.

The UK’s largest specialist garden centre operator has also completed its acquisition of Woodlands Nurseries in Leicestershire, adding one of the UK’s largest garden centres to its business.
The Crowland centre, formerly a caravan show site, includes a 250 seat restaurant, pets, aquatics, giftware, an extensive range of plants and garden sundries and a number of franchise operators.
Robert Hewitt, Chief Executive, commented: “The opening of our garden centre at Crowland is particularly exciting as it is our largest new garden centre to date and is a true destination centre in terms of its size, design concept and product offer.
“Woodlands is one of the best garden centres in the country with an excellent reputation for customer service, product range and quality of plants.”
Wyevale now operates 124 garden centres in England and Wales.
