Tommee Tippee owner Mayborn appoints three senior leaders
Mayborn Group, the owner of Tommee Tippee, has made three senior appointments within its leadership team to support its growth strategy.
Rachel Costello has joined the business as group marketing director, with the remit of leading the group’s global marketing agenda across brand, creative, partnerships, consumer experience and growth.
Subscribe to TRBMost recently, she was chief marketing officer of My Expert Midwife, where she led an end-to-end transformation of the business spanning brand, portfolio, ecommerce and customer experience. Prior to that, she worked with Avon in various senior marketing roles and also previously worked with Fossil Group.
Costello said: “Having followed Tommee Tippee over the last few years, I’ve always admired the strength of the brand and the genuine connection it has with parents. In his new role, he will lead the company’s global product supply organisation, overseeing manufacturing, procurement, planning, logistics and operational excellence.
Simpson said: “I’m excited to be joining Mayborn at such an important stage in its journey. The opportunity to lead a global product supply organisation and help shape the next phase of operational excellence, value creation and growth made this a compelling opportunity.”
Meanwhile, Lisa Davies has become group HR director after a career spanning a range of senior roles in global businesses including Atlas Copco and Arriva. She will be responsible for Mayborn’s global people agenda while supporting its growth ambitions.
