Marks Electrical CFO leaves the business
Marks Electrical has said its chief financial officer, Josh Egan, has now left the business following an earlier announcement that he was to join Roadchef.
Egan took up his role at the online electricals retailer in 2021 after five years working with Intertek. He has also stepped down from the Marks Electrical board.
The retailer is currently working through a process to appoint a full time successor. In the meantime, Dipesh Mistry will continue in his position as interim chief financial officer until further notice.
Mark Smithson, chief executive of Marks Electrical, said: “I’d like to thank Josh for his significant contribution to the business and wish him well for the future. Dipesh has already made a strong impact in his first month and I look forward to working with him in the months ahead.”
