Boxpark launches digital loyalty scheme

Retail and leisure concept Boxpark has launched its first digital loyalty programme.

Initially introduced a year ago to deliver a seamless guest digital check-in at Boxpark sites for NHS Track & Trace, the Boxpark Black Card has been transformed into a points-based loyalty scheme to reward regular customers and boost on-site spend.

Working in partnership with PassKit, Boxpark has developed the card  to enable visitors to order food and drink directly from the Boxpark bars and its trader units. The Boxpark Black Card will also be integrated with Onvi, its table service provider, to allow customers to collect points for drinks purchased from the bar via direct ordering or  table service. Customers will collect one point for every £1 spent from the bar and for every 100 points earned, they will receive a £10 voucher off their next order.

Card holders will also be entitled to exclusive offers across the bars, select street food traders, retail outlets and leisure activities at Boxpark. In addition, members will get priority tickets for events at its London sites.

Barney Dufton, Boxpark marketing manager, said: “As a people-first organisation, it has always been a goal of ours to build an exciting and unique loyalty programme to reward our regular customers – and as many independent businesses in hospitality, leisure and retail have struggled during the pandemic – we wanted a way to say thank you to everyone who continued to support us. We are always looking for ways to enhance the guest experience whilst improving our bottom line, so we hope the Black Card will help us to move in this direction.”
