Hotel Chocolat launches on-demand delivery with Deliveroo
Hotel Chocolat has embarked on a new on-demand delivery partnership with Deliveroo to give customers another way to order chocolate gifts.
The service is launching in an initial five Hotel Chocolat locations, including Manchester Cross Street, Chiswick, Staines, St James’s and Wimbledon.
Customers will be able to order from a specially selected range of Hotel Chocolat products directly through Deliveroo. Items include new boxed selections, the Velvetiser hot chocolate maker system, Hotel Chocolat’s signature selectors, and Velvetised Creams.
Subscribe to TRBThe partnership follows increased consumer demand, with searches on the Deliveroo app for “Hotel Chocolat” up by more than 40% in the year to June 2026, compared to the 12 months prior.
It also comes ahead of Hotel Chocolat’s biggest gifting period of the year, with advent calendars and stocking fillers set to join the Deliveroo range in time for Christmas.
