Greggs appoints new non-executive director
Greggs has appointed Robert Moorhead as a non-executive director.
Due to join the board on 1 October, he will also become chair of the audit committee and join the nominations and remuneration committees.
Subscribe to TRBA former chief financial officer and chief operating officer of WH Smith, Moorhead is also a non-executive director of Watches of Switzerland Group, where he chairs the audit committee.
At Greggs, he will replace Kate Ferry, non-executive director and current chair of the audit committee, will retire from the board at the end of August 2025.
