Zara owner Inditex sees revenue climb to €19.8bn in first half
Inditex has said it put in a solid operating performance in the first half of its financial year as it benefited from the popularity of its spring/summer collections with customers.
The owner of Zara saw its revenue rise by 7.6%, to reach €19.8 billion, with growth both in stores and online. Sales in constant currency climbed by 9.2%.
Subscribe to TRBEBITDA increased by 7.8% to €5.5 billion, while EBIT rose by 7.6% to €3.8 billion. Meanwhile, pre-tax profit climbed by 6.8% to €3.8 billion.
The group was boosted by strong August store and online sales, with sales in constant currency increasing by 9% on the same period in 2025.
During the month, the group’s Bershka brand opened its first store in the US, in Miami’s Aventura Mall. It also launched its second store in Brazil at Rio Barra, after the opening in Morumbi, Sao Paulo in March.
