Tessuti to upsize at Liverpool ONE

JD Sports owned Tessuti is ton upsize at Liverpool ONE by opening a new store on Paradise Street.

The retailer has operated a 5,300 square foot shop on the shopping destination’s St Peter’s Lane since 2013 but is now moving to a store which is almost four times bigger.

Due to open next spring, it will be situated opposite JD Sports and will stock ranges from established premium and luxury fashion brands as well as up-and-coming designers.

Alison Clegg, managing director of asset management, Grosvenor Britain & Ireland, said: “The creation of an upsized flagship for Tessuti has been a shared objective for some time, given the brand’s consistently strong performance at Liverpool ONE.  Their growth is an excellent endorsement for the destination and signifies the ongoing demand for physical retail, as well as the growth of our premium and luxury-focused offering.”

Other recent additions to Liverpool ONE include a new 20,000 square foot flagship for New Look.

Home to over 170 stores, bars and restaurants, Liverpool ONE has seen its third quarter sales rise by 14.4% compared to the same period in 2019.
