Founded 15 years ago by brothers George and Mike Heaton, Represent is now working to expand in the US, which is currently its fastest growing market.

Paul Spencer, chief executive of Represent, said: “Jim brings a huge depth of experience, but just as importantly, he has the mindset, character, and personal values that truly align with how we want to build and scale Represent.

“That cultural fit matters enormously to us as we continue to build momentum in our brand.

“Jim brings a huge depth of experience, but just as importantly, he has the mindset, character, and personal values that truly align with how we want to build and scale Represent.”

In his new role, Anfuso will oversee all US operations, including retail expansion, wholesale operations and the scaling of the brand performance category 247. He will also help Represent to refine its footwear offering, which has been identified as a key area for growth.
