Jigsaw hires Lisa Butler as retail director

The Jigsaw fashion brand has appointed Lisa Butler as its new retail director.

Butler previously worked as global retail director at Russell & Bromley, joining in September 2025, but her time there was cut short when the footwear retailer entered administration earlier this year and was acquired by Next.

Prior to that, Butler served as global retail director at Trinny London and earlier in her career worked with Space NK, Emson Haig, Pandora and Phase Eight.

In a post on LinkedIn, Butler said: “I’m very proud to share that I have joined Jigsaw as their new retail director.

“I’m hugely excited to begin this next chapter with Jigsaw, working with the talented teams across stores and head office while contributing to the continued strength and future of this iconic British brand.”
