Roberts has worked with Hurr since 2021, initially as growth adviser, and quickly moved up to a chief operating officer role. Prior to that, she worked with Selfridges Group for nearly ten years, most recently as group strategy director.

In a LinkedIn post, Prew said: “My goal was always to start something, prove the model, and then find someone better than me to take it to the next level. That time is now, and I could not be more excited about it.

“Lauren has been by my side building Hurr for years, first as COO, now as CEO. She knows this business inside out. The hard parts, the brilliant parts, and everything in between.”

Speaking of her next chapter, she added: “As for what comes next, I am going all in on a business I simply cannot stop thinking about. One that I believe must exist in the world.

“If you have followed this journey, stay close. The next chapter starts now and I cannot wait to take you on the journey.”

In December, Hurr announced that it had expanded its Dress to Door partnership with Deliveroo to make its clothing available in more locations across the UK.
