House of Cavani takes new store at Norwich’s Castle Quarter
Men’s formalwear specialist House of Cavani has taken a new store at Castle Quarter in Norwich city centre.
The retailer has signed a seven year lease for what will be its 16th store in England and its third in the East Anglia region.
Castle Quarter said the new addition will boost its occupier line-up as it retains its traditional retail strength while repositioning towards social, leisure and lifestyle operators. Other retailers with a presence at the destination include the likes of TK Maxx, Boots, Flying Tiger, Trespass and The Entertainer.
Will Ashdown, asset manager at Rivington Hark, said: “House of Cavani’s is a great addition to the line-up at Castle Quarter, and underlines the retail strengths of the destination.
“Throughout the repositioning towards social, leisure and lifestyle operators, we have worked hard to ensure major retail brands remain at the centre of Castle Quarter’s offer, and House of Cavani’s choice to open its latest store here demonstrates the strength of that approach.”
