Gianfranco D’Attis appointed as chief executive of Prada brand

Prada Group has appointed Gianfranco D’Attis as chief executive of the Prada fashion brand.

Due to take up his role on 2 January, he will be responsible for the strategic development of the brand in all of its markets.

D’Attis has extensive experience in the luxury sector. Since 2019, he has been working with Christian Dior, most recently as president Americas. Prior to that, he was international managing director at Jaeger-LeCoultre and has also worked with Chloé as international director.

At Prada, he will help the brand to increase its growth potential at a global level.

Earlier this month, the group announced that Andrea Guerra will become chief executive of the Prada Group.
