Dr. Martens appoints new Americas president
Dr. Martens has appointed Paul Zadoff as its new president of the Americas to lead the footwear brand’s next phase of growth in the region.
Zadoff has worked for over 30 years in leadership roles in the footwear, sporting goods, fashion apparel and accessories sectors. This has included two decades at Nike where he was ultimately appointed as managing director of Nike Pacific.
He has also previously served as president of fitness company TRX Training, vice president of global sales at Patagonia, and senior vice president Americas commercial operations at Levi Strauss & Co. He will join Dr. Martens in early June from luxury eyewear brand Caddis.
In his new position, he will be responsible for leading Dr. Martens’ regional team in driving the performance, growth and profitability of the Americas business. He will also be part of the global leadership team, reporting to chief executive Ije Nwokorie.
