Cudoni expands VIP concierge service to Manchester

Luxury resale platform Cudoni are expanding their white-glove service beyond London, now launching their concierge experience in Manchester.

Cudoni’s concierge service was previously only available in London.

With a hub in Manchester, the luxury resale platform are able to engage with a wider market of aspiring sellers, with the same core VIP service as offered in the capital.

Cudoni’s concierge service provides sellers with a direct resale representative, called a Client Concierge. The Client Concierge will handle the selling process on the seller’s behalf, collecting and consulting on what to sell, and taking care of the entire resale journey.

James Harford-Tyrer, Cudoni’s Founder and CEO, said “We’re excited to continue our growth by expanding our services to clients in the Manchester area. Manchester’s luxury resale market has enormous potential, and as a Manchester native, I’m particularly delighted to see our community and operation extend there.”

Cudoni was launched in 2017 by James Hartford-Tyler. In October 2021, it hired Michael Groffenberger as chief commercial officer, previously at US resale platform The RealReal.
