Dyson opens first owner centre in Hong Kong

Electrical appliance brand Dyson has opened its first owner centre in Hong Kong.

Staffed by a team of professional product experts and service engineers, the Dyson Owner Centre will provide technical advice to customers as well as convenient onsite repair services. The centre will also act as a showcase for the brand’s range of products.

Spanning 4,500 square feet, the space features a walk-in service bar and a repair facility.

As well as being able to use expert engineers on site, customers can also access Dyson’s virtual engineer support service which will be launched in mid-March.

To celebrate the opening, Dyson will be running a Dyson Owners Month in March where it will offer exclusive owner benefits to customers if they upgrade their current machines for Dyson’s latest technologies.
