Product news: Reflexis voted top workforce management software company in customer satisfaction

For the seventh year in a row, retailers have rated Reflexis above all other workforce management software companies in the annual RIS News* Software LeaderBoard.

In addition to being rated in the top 10 overall in more than 20 breakout customer satisfaction categories in this year’s report, Reflexis received the #1 ranking for Targeted Solution Vendor, a category that factors in company revenue, product offering, and customer satisfaction.

“The RIS News Software LeaderBoard is a highly regarded report that many have called the Oscars of the retail industry because retailers get to rate all of their software providers on a head to head basis,” said Joe Skorupa, Group Editor-in-Chief of RIS News. “The survey results reflect an insider’s view of the retail industry from more than 300 respondents based on their professional involvement with their software providers. For Reflexis to maintain a consistent track record of providing excellent customer service over the years is an achievement it should truly be proud of.”

“We are delighted that our customers have again rated us above all other workforce management software companies in more than 20 customer satisfaction categories,” said Arun Santhanam, Vice President of Engineering for Reflexis. “We are extremely gratified by our Technology Innovation rating. Retailers can expect to see more products released by Reflexis in the coming months which continue to transform the workforce management space from one primarily focused on planning and compliance to action-oriented solutions that help associates better engage customers.”
