BCSC strengthens marketing team with two new hires

Retail property trade body British Council of Shopping Centres has bolstered its marketing team with two new appointments.

Laura Delaney has been recruited as head of marketing while Antonio Furione has become digital marketing and design executive.

The BCSC said the appointments would strengthen the organisation’s marketing offer and help to further increase its profile with national and local government.

Delaney previously held the position of divisional marketing manager at Informa while Furione was marketing and website co-ordinator at the Society of Operations Engineers.

Michael Green, chief executive of BCSC said: “I’m delighted to welcome Laura and Antonio to the team – their experience will allow us to extend our reach, supporting our members in engaging with decision makers and publicising the major role retail property plays to UK plc.”
