ScS appoints Swarupa Pathakji as non-executive director
ScS, the upholstered furniture and flooring retailer, has appointed Swarupa Pathakji as a non-executive director.
Due to take up her role on 2 May 2023, she will also become a member of the audit, remuneration and nomination committees.
Subscribe to TRBPathakji is a director of Kings Yard Arms where she is chair of the nomination and remuneration committees and serves as a member of the audit and risk committee. She is also a non-executive director of value retailer The Original Factory Shop where she chairs the audit committee.
She has previously worked with Merrill Lynch and, more recently, with the Duke Street mid-market private equity firm, where she served as a non-executive director on the boards of a number of companies.
