Robert Dyas rolls out customer loyalty scheme

Home and garden retailer Robert Dyas has launched a new loyalty programme called MyDyas.

The scheme will offer members exclusive lower pricing on selected home and garden products, points every time they shop, and a range of personalised offers based on their shopping history both in-store and online. Customers will also benefit from rewards and giveaways, as well as tips and inspiration.

Andrew Gabriel, Robert Dyas trading director, said: “We’ve been on the high street helping customers for over 150 years so it makes perfect sense, now with the cost of living crisis, to ensure we continue to be of service.

“Times are tough and we want to help our customers by offering reduced pricing on hundreds of everyday items when they sign up to MyDyas, as well as reward them with points every time they shop. We’re very excited to be rolling out this loyalty scheme and we hope our customers will be too.”

When they sign up and make their first purchase, customers will be treated to 200 welcome points with a value of £2.

Established in 1872, Robert Dyas was bought by Theo Paphitis in 2012. The company has 93 stores which are mainly situated in the south of England.
