Kingfisher appoints Eve Henrikson to board
Kingfisher, the parent company of B&Q and Screwfix, has appointed Eve Henrikson as a non-executive director.
Due to take up her role on 1 September, Henrikson is currently senior vice president of trips at Booking.com where she is responsible for the expansion and growth of travel beyond accommodations.
Subscribe to TRBPrior to this, she was regional general manager for Uber Eats where she led the Uber Delivery business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Earlier in her career, Henrikson held various roles at Tesco, including managing director of online.
Claudia Arney, chair of Kingfisher’s board, said: “Eve brings significant expertise in managing consumer-facing digital enterprises across the retail and technology sectors.
“Given the strategic importance of e-commerce to our business, we are delighted to welcome someone of
Eve’s calibre and experience to the Board.
“We look forward to her contributions to the work of the board as we execute our strategic priorities.”
Last week, Kingfisher announced a 6% increase in adjusted pre-tax profit to £560 million in the year to 31 January 2026. This was driven by market share gains and strong performances at B&Q and Screwfix.
