ATM Retail acquires Rattan Direct
ATM Retail, the group behind home and garden retailer Laura James, has acquired Rattan Direct after it entered administration in November 2025.
The purchase includes the company’s website and the name ‘Rattan Direct’.
Subscribe to TRBRattan Direct will begin to operate under the new name of ‘The Home of RD, Rattan Direct’ and will be rebranded with a new look and feel from Spring 2026.
