Lush rolls out rewards scheme
Lush has launched what it described as a truly omnichannel rewards programme in the UK and other key markets.
The scheme enables customers to earn points every time they shop online and in store and then unlock rewards.
To join, customers are invited to download the Lush Club app and sign up to rewards to get started. Purchases are then recorded in the app.
In addition, shoppers earn 50p in Lush Wallet credit for each item of eligible Lush plastic packaging they return to shops. They also get first access to new product launches on the app.
