LloydsPharmacy extends partnership with Deliveroo
LloydsPharmacy has extended its partnership with Deliveroo to enable rapid deliveries of pharmacy essentials from a further 110 stores over the coming months.
The move means that the partnership will cover a total 150 LloydsPharmacy stores across the UK.
Stores newly available on Deliveroo include Bristol, Nottingham, Exeter, Liverpool, Coventry, Manchester and Newport.
Kevin Birch, chief retail officer at LloydsPharmacy, said: “Although LloydsPharmacy patients can order online for next day delivery, through our extended partnership with Deliveroo, more patients across the UK can access the care supplies they need in just 30 minutes. We’re committed to improving patient care, giving them greater choice and control as to how, where, and when they access care and medicines. The extension of our partnership with Deliveroo plays an important role in that mission.”
LloydsPharmacy has revealed that the most popular items ordered via Deliveroo customers include cold and flu relief products, tissues, over-the-counter painkillers, sore throat lozenges, digestive relief and at-home pregnancy tests.
